I have completed my profile still I am not able to send a proposal on the jobs.It  still says your seller's application is not approved. Is the reason I'm a Bangladeshi?

  Thank you for your message.

  Sorry about that. Unfortunately as per our rules, users are not allowed to use others account for withdrawal of the funds from the site and also we have an age limit on the sellers to work is 18. So I'm afraid you cannot work on the site as well.
