Hi there,

How can I raise invoices for a job and export for print?

Also is it possible to raise an invoice for a deposit?

  Hi Joe,

  Thank you for your message.
  
  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  To export invoices for print, you are able to do this here: https://www.peopleperhour.com/payments/invoices

  It is not recommended to raise an invoice for only a deposit towards a job. It is recommended you raise an invoice once the job is complete.

  I added a PayPalpaccount but it said pending. When I view it is asking

  Hi

  Is it possible to raise the invoice to a specific company? I have been asked to do this, but the buyer is just on PPH as her name ( rather than company)
