Can't Withdraw

Hi! My paypal is approved but I can not withdraw money. When I try to click "select where you want to withdraw funds from", it's not showing my paypal. It's not showing anything at all! Please help

  Hello 

   

  I cant withdraw my payment, I have a small amount of £45.08 but says I can only withdraw £0.08. Is there a withdrawal limit?
