Hello!

I am invited to send a proposal - what exactly does it mean? How does it work?

  Thank you for your message.

  Please note that buyers will invite you to send proposal to their job if they are interested to work with you. If you wish to accept the invitation and submit a proposal, you need to scroll down to the bottom of the invitation and there you will see the form to input your proposal.

  I have similar problem. PPH is asking me to upload 15 bucks in order to send proposal to which I am invited. Please help.

  Correct me if I am wrong.In the past when I received an invitation I could sent a proposal without asking me for buying bids Why is now changed.Why can't I submit a proposal without bids.Your system is asking me to buy bids.What is happening
