    I would also like to open a case on people per hour. I havent got my refund either, also trying to charge me a refund fee of nearly 40 pounds when I didn't receive work paid for. They have to be the worst company ever. I am talking to a national paper about their conduct. Shocking.

    We processed the refund and refunded the refund fee amount back to your wallet and now you have all the funds in your wallet.

    If you want to withdraw them then you need to place withdrawal request by selecting the black arrow button then the funds will be processed back to the same account from where they're deposited on the site.

    If you want the other funds also from the escrow then you should raise another refund request in the workstream and upon the sellers approval, we will process those funds also back to your wallet then you can withdraw them.
