Rejected invoice
Hi there,
in the beginning of September a buyer P. contacted me regarding an architectural job they needed to be done. I started the job without even sending them a proposal, in order to make them feel safe that I can cope with the task. After I did around 30% of the job and the buyer was happy with that I provided them already we decided to continue our workflow. I sent them a proposal which they accepted. I've been sending many .PDFs to my client and they were always saying something was unclear for their manufacturer. I was always adjusting my files and re-sending them to my buyer. Finally the work was done.
On the 20th of September they stopped responding to my messages. On the 20th of October (1 month later) I decided to send them a request for payment. A week later they declined my request and started a dispute. Now that it's the end of the month I need to do my accountancy, but I'm quite unsure what happened with the money from this task.
In our workflow everywhere stays rejected/canceled. On the other hand this also stays in our workflow:
Tue 4:22pm (local time for ...: Tue 7:22 AM)
Amount of €41.25 was added to your PPH Account.
If I click on the hyperlinked PPH Account it takes me to my Money and I can see that the money from this task is in My Seller Escrow. How can I move it to My PPH Account?
P.S.
I'm afraid that if I started a dispute the buyer will give me low rating, although I was always ready to adjust my work and to work till they are fully satisfied. I've got around 50 reviews all of them 5 stars. I don't want a task for some 50 bucks to get my CERT and ratings down. I DO want to give them low rating for sure, cause they are unaware that no one works for nothing. Everyone works for money.

That's an issue I had. I started a job for a client, gave them a full set of items I needed to construct their document and they never responded. I was in hospital when the system automatically asked me to contact them, which I did, but they did not want to use PPH for communication, using the phone instead.
Then PPH refunded their money and automatically gave me one star. Up to that point I believe I was on 93 reviews, all 5 star. Yet PPH do not want to know.
It it appears the buyer is believed first second and third. This is despite the hard work in trying to retain an 100% score. PPH, are completely different to every other freelance system I work on. They look at the evidence before making a judgement.

meanwhile there is one more small issue with my payments. I sent a final file to a client on the 22th of October and they thanked me, but forgot to pay. I reminded them, then raised an invoice on the same they. It's been almost 10 days and they haven't answered, yet. I texted them two days ago one more time. Usually PPH automatically pays invoices that have been delayed for 1 week. In this case this didn't happen.
Please have a look at #1310323-3It's first day of the month and I need to do my accountancy for the previous month till tonight so it's very urgent!!!

Hello!
I finished the work of a buyer.When I raised invoice,he accepted it and give me Good review. I should receive my payment but it was still pending and now it is rejected by Community team. My two accepted invoice are rejected by community team. What should I do??Please help me I'm new on PPH

i have started work for a buyer on 30th June, buyer accepted proposal & design I sent for PowerPoint presentation.
Buyer then need some changing that i follow & sent the files, and raise invoice .After that client doesn't responded my text nor invoice.Now after 4 days he regected my invoice.
Please have a look on my problem.
