Forgotten the security question's answer

Hello,
I have forgotten the answer I put as my security question to access payments. The one I am entering is correct to my knowledge but it is not accepting it. Don't know what is happening? Have you restricted it purposely just to get identity proofs from all members?

Anyway, can you help me please?
