My Client Paid Invoice in not transferred into My PPH Wallet
Hey,
I have an issue, my client paid the invoice on 31st October 2016, but it's still not added into my PPH Wallet, i also generated a couple of tickets about this issue after waiting 3 business days allocated time by PPH, but sound nothing from PPH just simple a generic answer by a person name "Sharon" and he put the status solved on my tickets without solving the issue.
I am mentally sick now after this kind of poor customer support by PPH. Kindly pay some attention in my case as i need my money badly. at least you guys can tell your customers how long they have to wait to fix their specific issue instead of criminal silence.
Also let me tell you I refer this client to create a project on PPH and pay me through people per hour even though i worked with him outside of PPH .as you guys advertise it can give me $45 bonus and cool badge etc.. and my client will also get 5% discount.
I refer him PPH from my profile and he joined the PPH through that as well he paide the invoice promptly after creating the project. as a result of that i am getting reward from you even my my regular funds are not transferred into my wallet even after 7days.
Look forward to see your response, now it has become the tradition of PPH to delay the payments.
Thanks

Hi Wakas,
I totally agree with this- I am waiting up to ten days now for my invoices to be processed. I don't understand why it takes so long when in some occasions the money has been sitting in escrow for nearly two weeks.
It is seriously affecting cashflow issues and it honestly would be quicker if the client paid me directly. I have never experienced this issue with PPH until about two weeks ago. I am surprised that given the nature of the platform and the people who use it PPH are not more aware of the instability of being self employed and receiving payments.
