Payment Documents Still Pending!!

I am still waiting for my documents to be accepted!!  I've even tried to upload new documents but you are still withholding my money which you are legally obliged to release!!  I have now submitted my Passport, Letter from my Bank and Water Utility Bill.  Surely this meets all your criteria?!  Please get back to me ASAP as I want to withdraw my funds as soon as possible.
