    You are lucky! You have at least what ot withdraw. Becouse my invoce is just pending for more than 7 days and support is totally unresponsive, they just closed my ticket even thpugh issue still not resolved, Looking to other posts here its not a single issue but politics of the company. The worse is that I can't give refound to my client.

    We have been receiving an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in transactions we're having to process. I have forwarded your tickets to our payments team and the invoice will be processed soon.
