Payoneer approval pending

Still after three days, payoneer account isn't approved yet. When will it get approved? I got payment from my client on time but not able to get it transferred to my account. Why is PPH very slow in thi part?

  After consulting with the Payments Team, I am glad to inform you that all your Payoneer payment methods are verified! You should be able to withdraw your funds now.

  I have added three payment methods in my PPH account but all are showing pending for last so many days, can some body tell me how many days PPH need to approve my Paypal or payoneer account so I can withdraw my funds.
  
  Also is there any way to contact support or create help tickets to track progress on such kind of issues !
