Hello Sellers - Do you charge VAT?

Hello Sellers,

 

Just curious. When you bid on a job and for example you BID 50$. Do you also add VAT on that afterwards? Or when you bid the VAT is included?

  Many thanks for your message.

  If you are VAT exempt, you can leave VAT as 0.

  If you are required to pay VAT, you can add it to the invoice by appropriately filling in the VAT box that is provided.

  Thanks for the message. That I know..

  What I am asking is if in general sellers bid with the VAT included and then fix the numbers on the invoice or do they bid eg 50$, get the job and then put the VAT on on top of the 50 and the final amount will be more than 50. 

  How do sellers usually do it?
