Can't go to next profile step

Hi. 

Just joined this community as a seller. As I try to complete my profile clicking the Continue button to add skills, references, etc, the page reloads but doesn't let me continue. I am stuck on the first step. I'm also not getting any alerts that there may be something missing or wrong on this step.

Please let me know.

  I am new to this site and i am unable to complete 3rd step of sellers application "ADD REFERENCE". I do not have any external site or Blogs. Could anyone help on this to complete my application. Because of this I am not able to send the proposal.
