My seller Escrow is inactive and I can not send invoices

Hello,

My seller Escrow is inactive and as a result I am unable to send invoice to a client who I worked for.

Also, I would like to extend my seller account as the free membership is over. But I will need the money in my Escrow to pay for the subscription fee.
