Bank document rejected
Hi,
I sent a specimen cheque document from my bank and it was rejected. The email stated that ''Your bank account number is not visible''. However, it is clearly visible at the bottom right corner of the cheque. I contacted my bank and it is the only document I can send you with both my name and my bank account information.
I would like customer service to contact me to review the document please.
