Declined job posting, first time ever in years of membership

You recently declined two of my job posting without informing me to why or how i can change them, this is completely unreasonable. I have been a buyer and seller for 10 years and never had job post declined before, what is going on with your company. Where are the contact email or telephone numbers. You cant just dictate standards if you dont explain the reason why you have declined a job post, you must see how ridiculous this appears.
