Hello,

 

I'm thinking of brining a client to PPH but we are not sure how invoicing works, from an accounting point of view. For the money spent on the platform (rate + commissions) will he be invoiced by PPH? Or both PPH and me?

  Hi Alex,

  Thank you for your message.

  You can use the People Per Hour invoice system

  Once you have completed the agreed work on the Hourlie to receive payment you just need to raise an invoice to ask the Buyer to release the deposit funds from Escrow and pay any remaining balance.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  how do I use the free invoicing escrow system for a buyer I have already invited?
