  Hi I received a message off a Freelancer in regards to giving me possible tips , I'm unable to reply to him because it says the following - 

  The specific Stream has been blocked because George P. is no longer an active member of PPH. Please note that all available Escrow funds have now been credited to the Buyer's PPH account. 
  Need some help? Contact our amazing Customer Support Ninjas. 

   

  His message to me was  - Hi.I see you are a skilled freelancer.May i give you a tip?

   

  How may I get in contact with him please guys ?

  I have experienced the same issue ...after completing 20% of the work  ( without getting any money ) ...This is highly unfair to a seller...
