Continuous Spam!

We have been a member of PPH for years. Our settings are at "essentials" and we supply a niche product range. 

However, I keep on getting emails from "Rachael". I am a seller, not a purchaser of the services on PPH. If I wanted to buy something, I would do so by searching the system for the right product, right freelancer and the right price.

Yet, I am sick to death of hearing about hourlies sold by others. If I need to speed up my website for £10 I would go and do it, same for writing some php, having a logo done and so on. 

I want an email only if there is a genuine announcement from PPH designed for the freelancers who sell on the site. Not some sort of sales-pitch.

Please get this resolved, I don't want to unsubscribe from emails, but I WILL and that means I will end up missing something important. If I do, it will mean more missed by a seller who YOU earn money from.

    A support ticket will not help as this is not an individual case. I also receive daily (if not more) emails from 'Rachael' and her crew selling other people's hourlies to me including those hourlies that offer the same services that I offer! This has been going on for years now and is complained about on a regular basis by freelancers but nothing has ever been done about it

    I receive 6 - 8 promotional (and the like) emails a DAY from PPH. They all go directly to SPAM!

    I do marketing myself, and I would never do such to my subscribers!

    Hi, I am new to the site and am in the process of sorting out my profile, portfolio, payment method etc. However, I have been getting spam emails from Lucy for about 4-5 days in a row advertising other designers.

    Just to let you know, I am a Graphic Designer selling on PeoplePerHour so  I don’t know where you got the impression I need to hire a Designer!

    Please stop sending me emails about other Designers, as I am in the same situation as them.

    GDPR regulations are looming. I have the same issue with spam from this website.. Just grow up and stop it.
