Client not paying, claiming system won't allow them to pay (?)
Several weeks after I completed his job client has messaged me as follows:
"im trying to pay this invoice but somethings going wrong when i try and pay it. i contacted support and they have asked for copies of my passport and utility bill have you ever heard of this? i will try and get this sorted as soon as i can"
Can you help, please? It sounds like he is he being asked to verify his ID, but it's stopping me from being paid. This has been going on for weeks.
