Hi there,

I think the Cert scheme should take into consideration repeat business.  I'm not sure if that is feasible but if you have regular clients who keep coming back to you - I think it should reflect somewhere as it shows that you are a trusted professional.

I don't know if that is possible but I'm always looking for ways to boost my Cert rating!
