Refund proposal credit when buyer changes job
Numerous times now I've sent a proposal only for the buyer then to change the job description which would then mean I'd have to either change or entirely cancel my proposal. Yet I have still used (and lost) a proposal credit for the job. For example, today a buyer posted a job and stated the exact price he was willing to pay so I sent over a proposal for that amount as I thought it was a good price. Then the buyer changed the job and almost halved the budget which then made the job not viable. In cases such as this the freelancer should be refunded their proposal as this is not the freelancer's fault.

The problem appears when the EMPLOYER doesn't hire anyone and we still don't get our credit back!
So let's go on this page and vote the comments of Sotiris and Munaeem Because they suggest SMART solution to this problem.

I had a similar one today. The buyer changed the job to something I know nothing about and offered it to me. I spoke to someone on chat who told me to cancel, and they would refund my proposal. I cancelled, and they said 'can't refund it because your proposal is from last month'. I lost the proposal and the chance to ask the buyer to change it back to the original!
