Where can I see a copy of this NDA? Is it valid for all countries?

I want to be able to read the fine print and I can't seem to see much about it anywhere. Surely it is a legal document that is signed and that outlines the details of the agreement?

  Hi, please advise where I can see a copy of your NDA before I purchase it. I would like to get started soon with my project but can't reveal any info to the freelancer w/o this protection.  I need to read it before I purchase. Hope to hear back soon.  -- Alicia
