Punished for being efficient - refund policy needs tweaking
Good morning,
I don't particularly care about the 'League Table' aspects of PPH but buyers might.
Yesterday I refunded a happy customer with money that they'd put in to Escrow and that was left over after I did the job cheaper than was expected.
I now find that my points total has been docked by 100 points for being honest, efficient and competent.
Please fix this.....
