application re-submission for profile picture

Hello,

 

I have submitted my application with all the information and sample work (will upload certificates once I locate them), and have received the response from the team asking to upload a genuine profile picture before the application gets approved. The profile picture is a logo for a group of us (the group consists of the 3 of us) and I would prefer having our logo as a profile pic rather than a portrait photo (which a lot of the users seem to have) as ANJ consists of three people rather than one. I have looked at other people's profiles and there are a lot of other profiles providing services that have their company logos as profile pictures rather than a photograph of themselves so I don't understand why mine is not getting approved?
