    Hi! Same thing for me here. I need to change my name, because some mistake had occurred, and I have the same name and last name in my profile, and for that reason, you are rejecting my documents because of a miss match in the names.

    I have a similar problem and need to change my name on my profile.

    Somehow my last name appears twice, leaving me without my real first name.
