  Hi I would like to amend my review. I wanted to provide a 4 instead of a 3 star, but I did it on my phone and it provided the former.

   

  I want to change this please.

  Hello, this is really frustrating. I wrote a lengthy comment within my review as I always try to offer potential customers a greater insight into the service they can expect. None of my comments have been included in the review...it just shows my 5 star rating. Could you please allow me to amend this and reflect my experience properly?

  I was not even asked to give a review. When I marked the workstream complete it just automatically gave a review.
