Please remove the minimum bid that should be the average quote that previous bidders bid.

Hello,

 

It happens to me like 100 times now, my proposal get rejected just because it was high when i dont even have the choice to send lower one !

I mean why this is even there ? you already know there is spammers that they just copy/paste their resume and put random cost hoping that may lead to good business for them. But in the end they make the next bidders look like they bid higher and higher each time which is not even controllable.

Please fix it.
