PAYMENT TAKEN TWICE

I paid for a job via paypal on my phone, but because the landing page said OOPS I done it again, landing page OOPS again but paypal notified me money gone so I stopped. It turns out both payments had actually worked and freelancer started work. But someone has been paid twice either PPH or the worker and needs to refund it. Who do I speak with ?

Emails ignored and I'm £45 down.

  Ive had payment taken twice as well . i paid for a job £10.95 which was fine but got the same amount taken 5 days later and a further £ 42 taken out that same day . i've emailed support at people per hour 4 times and heard nothing back . I'm very frustrated and won't ever be using this service agin .

  how come there is no response to the below post. ? I've emailed 6 times with no reply as people per hour make it so difficult to communicate when they are in breach of their terms that they set. The people who offer their services are great but I will never go back to people per hour again as it's more like ripping people off by the hour .
