Provide proof of work before raising a new invoice

Please Help
I have completed the work as the client asked, It was as online survey about an AD, I watched that AD and then recorded my views about that AD, filled the survey and sent it.
After its completion, client released the funds from the escrow and given feedback too.
But after 2 days I am getting the message that says " Please provide proof of work before raising a new invoice"
What should I do now, How is it possible now as the job is closed.
Please tell me the way of sending the proof.
