Cannot submit my application although I have all fields filled correctly

Not sure why, but I'm unable to submit my application when I click the submit button I'm transferred back to the first step and the continue button is not working

  I have been declared that my location info is incorrect but I am totally sure that I inserted my address correctly. What shall I do now?
