Working with hardware, upfront payments for materials?

Hi there,

First I like to say THANK YOU PPH for your hard work during all this years...

I have a big problem, because I am Prototyping Studio which is working and making prototypes for people around the world. We work with tangible products, hardware and materials.

I need to spend money upfront for materials, sometimes to make a tool for the specific job, sometimes to buy additional specific equipment, etc...

My questions:

1. Can PPH allow upfront payments?

2. Can PPH understand that with some % of the money we buy materials and additional tools and this is not earning but expense so can this upfront payments be without PPH fees?
