i have finished a job named "Need short video slideshow created for funeral" job number #1352568 . the client sent me the money and the feedback also.please see the image 01 . but in my account i can see the money is still pending.what is the problem ?

  i am facing the same problem. Two of my invoices are being paid by the buyer, but the funds have not been transferred into my PPH account. Can you please look into the issue?
