    Hi Pascal,

    Many thanks for your message. I'm sorry that this is happening. You may cancel the job if you feel this is the step you need to take at this moment in time. You can state your reasons why you are cancelling the job, however you may receive an automatic negative feedback from PPH for not completing the job.

    Alternatively you can try to reason with the buyer and work out a mutual agreement to get this project completed.
