Client not providing proper documents for the job

Hi

I am experiencing a big problem with a client he cant provide proper documents for a job and when i try to conclude on something he always ask for reviews but his documents are missleading ans not clear i feel like i will never end this job

i am lost

i never had such a bad experience, what if i cancel the job?

what will happen?

  Hi Pascal,

  Many thanks for your message. I'm sorry that this is happening. You may cancel the job if you feel this is the step you need to take at this moment in time. You can state your reasons why you are cancelling the job, however you may receive an automatic negative feedback from PPH for not completing the job.

  Alternatively you can try to reason with the buyer and work out a mutual agreement to get this project completed.
