my message not sending

i can not send message to my specific client. i can send mesagges to my other clients tho. he accpeted my proposal but i stuck on the connection with him. any ideas?

  I just encountered the same issue and couldn't send messages to a freelancer whom I just accepted a proposal from. Please attend to this as soon as possible. Thank you!

  I am not sure that my messages are sending to the freelancers.

  I have messaged a few freelancers to inquire about the services they are offering.

  But I did not receive any response from the.

  I just want to know if my messages are sent to them or not.

  Because I am using this PPH profile after a very long time.

  Is there any verification needed from my end?
