Cannot sell, post Hourlies or submit proposals

I cannot post Hourlies or submit proposals and I have a warning on my seller dashboard to this effect : 'Probation failed. seller actions are locked'.

How might I get someone to take a look at my profile? I have sold before although I've been inactive for a while.
