convert $ to EURO currency

Hello,

I can't transfer my $ (doller) into my Skrill account. So i want to make my payment account  into EURO.

  It isn't the seller who decides the currency for the work. It is the buyer. So whatever currency the buyer advertises the job in, you then bid in that currency, and they then pay you in that currency. As far as I'm aware there isn't a way to convert currency on the site
