Withdrawal still pending

Hi,

Last november 25 I sumitted two withdrawals (£52.69 and £144.50). The withdrawals are still pending and I already need the money. I kindly ask you to solve this problem please.

  We have been receiving an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in transactions we're having to process. I have forwarded your ticket to our payments team and the withdrawal will be processed soon.
