    I am completely outraged that I have been charged for the "cost" of PPH keeping my money.  This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of yet.

    I paid for a service that was never provided for.  Then you don't automatically credit my account, ie, the card I paid the money from you keep it and now you charge me yet again.  Why was I initially charged for the failing of the your advertised service to provide a service.

    I want you to refund all of my charges as keeping my money has cost you nothing, rather I daresay you have made money out my money.

     

    Your conduct is unreasonable  and not transparent.

    I agree, PPH charging us to get our own money back,daylight robbery. Unfortunately it just shows that PPH is as bad as some providers, ripping us off left right and centre. Incredible that they charge the providers when they earn money and then charge us to get our own money back.

    Laughable really but looks like PPH are rip off merchants just like so many sites on the net nowadays. Shall now look at using other freelance portals
