IS THERE AN ISSUE WITH POSTING CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS?

In the last couple of weeks I have tried to post a handful of clarification questions. I've been careful that they don't violate the regulations, but they've not appeared.

Is there a problem with this system? If so, would it make sense to take the option down, as I may have missed out on projects whilst I wait.
