Seller not responding?

This seller is a Top Ranked PPH, lots of positive reviews etc. and yet a week down the line I've had no response. I've sent the information they require, I can see they've been online but there is something odd about this seller being UK based when the messages say the local time for this person is 5 hours ahead? 

I'm running out of time for this work to be completed. 

Any help?

  this is the freelancer fault , you can ask for full refund.

  A week is already an eternity to respond.

  Yasir, send him a refund request form the same workstream , he should respnd within 3 days , otherwise money will be refunded to you automatically
