Hi PPH!
So today I received an email from you, informing me that my payment wasn't approved. The second email I got from you, asked me to send you my documents for verification. I did it; I sent you my documents.
My questions are:
Have you received my documents?
How long does it take for me to go thru your verification process?
Is it one shot deal or do I have to go thru all of this every transaction?
