Can't Accept Proposal

I am trying to accept my proposal from a seller and PHP won't allow me to. After I put in all my credit card information, it just takes me back to the pay now screen. I have I opened a request for some help and the support team from PHP keeps telling me its fixed but it is not. I still can't pay. And they keep closing the ticket. I have never had this issue before and  I have used PHP numerous times. This is very frustrating. This has been going on for over a week now. Any one know what to do?

  I am having the same issue and cannot find any way to contact someone to actually help. Is there a solution to this problem?

  Hi.. 

  I have been having the same issue for over a week now.  I really need to get this work started and keep running into the same roadblock.
