Payments Not Going to my Bank Account
Hi,
I've been trying to resolve a payment issue for days. Payments in USD are going through to my bank account okay, but payments in GBP aren't...
I've opened a support ticket and was told that a senior adviser would be in touch on Friday. I still haven't heard anything.
Could you get somebody to phone me so we can get this sorted straight away?
I feel a lost at the moment. I have outstanding assignments and clients to invoice through PPH, but I feel reluctant to continue working on the platform until I find out where my earnings have gone.
