Please have this app developed as some buyer wants a long term projects thus requires a hourly rate.

  I thought PPH already have a time tracker?
  
  It is not something I, or a lot of people would use: we like People per hour partly because it does not require the use of their own time tracker - particularly not one that takes screenshots (a potential problem if something from another client pops up), tracks mouse and keyboard activity (pointless and easily fooled and brings in more security issues) . There are plenty of time tracking applications out there, pick one that suits your needs.
