Hourlies not passing moderation

I have had 3 hourlies not pass moderation but I don't know why. How can I find out why they failed?

  I just joined PPH as an agency and submitted my hourly.
  
  The feedback for rejection of my hourly is - "Provide your real name.
  Provide a genuine profile picture."
  
  Since this is an agency account, I am not sure why the said image and name is not acceptable. 

  Let me know please.
