Cannot see sent proposal: got error

After I sent a proposal (see link below)

I got an error and when I tried to access the "sent proposal", I got the same error.

I cannot cancel proposal.

Sort of proposal: DIRECT from buyer to freelancer.

Hi has anyone looked at this as it is a project i am commissioned for and noone has comeback to give a solution to fixing the probelm so i can community with my client
