Cannot change my location and how useless the AI help chat is

My location is set to the wrong location and the AI help bot just says the same thing over and over while telling me the issue is resolved.

How do i change it when I cannot find anyway on this website to contact a real person?

  Querido amigo, estoy pasando por el mismo problema que tú. Es francamente frustrante no poder contactar a alguien real para resolver algo que parece sencillo. Me temo que mi problema de ubicación pueda traerme problemas mayores más adelante, pero quiero solucionarlo cuanto antes.

  He enviado muchos mensajes y vuelvo al mismo punto de partida, estaré atento al resultado de tu caso para ver si puedo aplicar lo mismo al mío, espero que todo se resuelva muy pronto, un cordial saludo.

  Still nothing from PPH on this. absolutely abysmal customer support. I am sorry you are also experiencing the same issue.

  I will no longer be recommending this website to people that's for sure.
