Unable to edit location in my profile
Dear Community,
I hope you're doing well. I would like to update the location on my profile to Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, when I try to access PeoplePerHour without a VPN using my actual location (Pakistan), I encounter an error, which I’ve attached as a screenshot for your reference.
However, when I use a VPN, the platform works fine. Since I’ve already paid £10 GBP, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and updating my location accordingly.

also when ever i generate support ticket it also goes to solved status as i am not fully satisfied

I have the same issue. I was on holiday for 8 days and now it shows up as if I would be living abroad. I've even submitted a utility bill to show my residency as the UK (again) but the system just doesn't allow me to do so. Highly frustrating. No matter how often I complain I always receive the same automated reply.
